Aleksandra Bacańska
President of the Management Board
Aleksandra founded Highline in 2008. She is a long-term business practitioner, linguist, teacher, and translator of English. A graduate of the Jagiellonian University. She supports both her own and the company’s development by participating in world conferences for entrepreneurs in Los Angeles, Miami, Lisbon, Warsaw, and Krakow, managing many teams, creating structures of cooperating companies and acting as the President and Director of groups of entrepreneurs. She was also a speaker at conferences in the field of teaching methodology and professional activation of women. Influencer (YouTube, Instagram) and television actress (TVN).
Fabian Lesner
Vice-President of the Management Board
Born in Germany, completed his school education in Poland, and is a Corporate Finance & Accounting graduate in English language, so he is a walking example of a polyglot. He uses four languages on a daily basis: Polish, German, English and Spanish. He practiced his language skills during conferences when he acted as an interpreter and foreign language trainer for companies. He trained and translated in Barcelona, Dubai, Berlin, Milan, Warsaw, and many other places. At Highline he is responsible for sales, finance, and operations. In addition to experience in language training and translations, he is also an expert in building teams thanks to the position of Director and Trainer in the organization of business referrals – BNI.
